My complaint:
My prescriptions were sent to Walgreens on Boulder highway but each time I went to get my medication store was closed down.Tried to get prescription sent to store on Lake Mead was told to go back to my neighborhood.
On June 23, 2023, Walgreens refused to fill my prescription for 30 days only giving me 7 days at a time. ON July 1, I got a call my medication was ready but once I got there -I was told to sit and wait for 40 min. then told it wouldn’t be ready until the next day. On July 2,2023, I went back to walgreens after 30 min. was given 7 days medication again from a 30 prescription given for June 24, 2023.No explanation why I continued to be discriminationed against.Still today do not have my full medication.
Suggested solution:
Give my medication for the full 30 days instead of 7 days at a time.
