My complaint:
On July 6, 2023 we purchased 2 apple gift cards (100$ each card) and then we couldn’t use it because it’s empty it has been used by another person. I called apple customer service to find out and they ed that the card has been used on June 20th and the other one I believe they said July 6. So we went to Walgreens the employee was rude and didn’t even bother to look at the receipt. We went back and talked to the supervisor or manager and told us to contact apple again so I did and even sent all the proof of our purchase. Now apple advised us to contact you. I want my money back it’s 200$. It’s just 2 cards but I’ve been taking a lot of pictures to make sure (sorry for the duplicate)
