My complaint:
I have to choice or you resolve my problems or I demand Walgreens corporation, yesterday I where to pick up my insulin inyección prescribed my doctors and then refused to sell and told me my doctor has to call the insurance to be approved I call my doctor and she told me that she not has to call not body because her prescription was signed by her and that is enough then I called the insurance and the personal who answered don’t understand the reason for the regents and I asked to speak to supervisor he was very nice and explain the pharmacy was trying to charge for 4 pens inyección and the inside only pay for one a month (more that one is not right because they has expiration day) he told me going to call the Walgreens pharmacy locate on 4200 SW8 Street Miami Florida 33134 was waiting 26 minutes and not one answer the phone, I have to get into my card and drive to the pharmacy online with the insurance person when I get there not customers was on the pharmacy and the phone was ringing and not one answer was more 8 employees behind the counter, finally I give the phone to the technician and they both speak, the technician told me he will order for me the insulin but late I received a text told me I have to transfer this prescription to another store and pick up on April 28 at 11:00 am, the problem is if I have to go again with this problem because the Walgreens problem I don’t have any other exemption to fall legal complaints.
