Walgreens complaint: Not getting my prescriptions filled

My complaint:

I have used this company for years. But today I can honestly say I am mad. I would always get the emails stating that it’s time to renew my prescriptions. I did get it for a couple but had to call to get the rest. I have eight prescriptions and am not supposed to top any of them without a doctors consent. I have been without 6 of them for the past 5 days and I am felling the side effects. I understand they are short handed, But that is not an excuse. They also say that I can’t get one refilled until next month because it is to soon. They did not give me a 90 pill refill for that prescription. I.m sorry do I have to count to make sure it’s all there. I also keep getting another scrip filled too soon . So now I have to pay $113.00 OUT OF POCKET AND I am on a very tight retired budget. Do people have to end up in the hospital before all these errors are corrected. Also because they cannot fill my scripts for the insurance 3 month period it is alo costiong my more out of pocket.

Suggested solution:

Get my prescriptions as fast as they can. Also cover the extra expenses it is costing me for a partial refil
