My complaint:

My pharmacy to go has been Walgreens for years and where my prescription get send to. Unfortunately that has changed. December 13 or so I go to Walgreens with my daughter to pick up my son prescription. And when we walk in I hear someone say something I turned and it’s the security saying that we have to leave and not to come back . I told her why and she continued saying that we needed to leave because we were stealing makeup. I was falsely accused and embarrassed. I asked her are you sure it was us and she said yes we have you on video I told her I wanted to see the video. She continued to say it was us . I seen a worker I asked her if she seen it she said no but I must go by what my security says. I was just in shock on how rude and not even helpful to come up with a solution. So I asked to speak to manager and they said I had to go the next day. Yes they allowed me to get my prescription but has to leave right away. I send a complaint and haven’t really heard anything. Now I’m not even sure if I should go back. I need to pick up my son’s prescription but don’t need to be treated like a criminal . It’s so ridiculous how they treat people. Not sure who to talk about this.

Suggested solution:

I honestly want to sue them for falsely accusing me and my daughter for something we didn't do. It's crazy because of this incident I been so overwhelmed trying to clear our name I want to see this video and I want the security guard that affirms that it was us to be there. They need to have better security and workers shouldn't treat you like your a criminal.
