My complaint:
I was told from a lady name tony that I can’t get my prescription fill out if it’s army another Walgreens which I been getting this done over 3 years it was zanax to have delivered at my home I’m a heart transplant patient I ask to speak with the pharmacist which I know they can do it I was put on hold and said you can’t tied up he line very unprofessional I talk to the pharmacist which then put in my prescription now if I didn’t know any better I wouldn’t had my meds drlivto me which is a crime in its self highly upset
Suggested solution:
Recommend the people in this case tony a female to know the policies of your company highly upset
