My complaint:
Walgreens demands ID from any and everyone who purchases alcoholic beverages. This practice of one-size-fits all is insulting, intrusive, patently UnAmerican and indicates their executive team is too lazy to implement a more reasonable policy. Despite my being a full-fledged senior citizens by any measure I was asked for ID to purchase a bottle of wine in one of their stores. Helen Keller could tell I was over 21 y/o. Just what part of one’s ID are they verifying, anyway. Other big box stores have figured out how to manage these cases. Walgreen’s needs to do better.
