Wagamama complaint: Cold food

My complaint:

Hi, we ordered food waited patiently , but when the food came it was totally cold unedible. We complained to a guy who was the waiter , named Eden??? And was told basically eat it or you will have to wait even longer. Very poor customer service. I am not one to complain but I thought the attitude was very poor. I fly regularly from Manchester and come to wagamamas all the time. While there I noticed that the chiefs were shouting customer service and the food was left, 15 to 20 minutes before being served to the customers. I appreciate its a busy but please customer service is everything this is part of the reason why people come back, time and time again. Eden worked well.under pressure but I feel was unhappy that I complained. Talking to the other waitress who took the drinks Alice who was using Bradley’s name to use the orders and bills. I feel that we were mocked for complaining.

Suggested solution:

By addressing the problem straight way and not trying to fob us off by basically saying shut up, eat up or you'll be here ages for your meal. Slagging customers off is not good. We come here all the time but was unhappy on this occasion
