Wagamama complaint: A member of staff

My complaint:

During our visit with a nearly 3 year old child we placed our order. No chop sticks were provided to eat our food. The food was barely warm when we eventually got the chopsticks.When the food arrived for the child there was no cutlery. When I asked another member of staff for cutlery for the child, she eventually brought it. She threw it on the table with attitude. There was no communication. Watching her afterwards. She had a very unfriendly attitude in general. However, the waitress that served us our food was very pleasant. My child even commented. “Why did she through my spoon and fork?” I bring my child up to have manners and I don’t expect her to have to witness that kind of rudeness. I have been to many of these restaurants and never had a problem.

Suggested solution:

Provide cutlery for small children and for adults when the food arrives. I don’t expect to eat cold food. Employ pleasant members of staff. When you go out for a meal it should be a happy experience.
