My complaint:

I ordered a take away chicken and prawn soba noodles from your Doncaster branch whilst I was waiting for a connecting train to Frome. Unfortunately when I got on my train and opened it to eat I t was a duck soba noodles instead. I was very disappointed ass I don’t eat duck as it makes me sick. I am a massive wagamama fan and I was hoping you would credit me a noodle dish at one of your stores as I sadly had to chuck it away. And it was a mistake on your behalf not mine. I look forward to hearing your response

Suggested solution:

I would be very happy with a refund or credited meal to replace the one I could not eat.
