My complaint:
No aeroplane to fly passengers to Gatwick. We were bussed to Bologna then taken to a plane but denied boarding then bussed back to Florence to a hotel (Ibis) and flown to Gatwick on another flight on the morning (7.00am) to Gatwick London.
Passengers were given a range of reasons for the non flight and no action was taken by staff until the police were called.
Suggested solution:
As required under EU legislation for not transporting passengers on a scheduled flight.
