My complaint:
I’ve been dealing with Travel Republic for many years but this time I’m having trouble getting a flight refund and every person I’ve spoken to at Travel Republic have said it’s Vuelings problem. I’ve used Vueling on many occasions and I would like to book future flights but I need this problem resolved. The sum of £460 is my flight refund which needs to be resolved as I’ve been waiting for 8 months. I will accept a credit note to the sum of £460 if this makes it easier.
Can someone please reply to this email as soon as possible as I’m looking to book future flights.
