My complaint:

My name is Sandrine Mendes Carrasqueira. My luggage got lost last Friday – 16/06/2023.

I still haven’t gotten any response from the airline and it still shows the status we are still looking for it. However, it is not possible for me to make any complaints about this issue, customer service and reimbursement of my expenses because the website is not working and they don’t allow me to do it by call. I am redirected to a chat with a robot that does not provide me with any answers or solutions! need help
