Vueling complaint: Denied boarding due to overbooking on the flight

My complaint:

I was looking forward to my flight, but when I arrived at the airport, I was informed that my flight was overbooked and that I would not be able to board. I was shocked and frustrated, as I had paid for my ticket and had a ed reservation. The airline staff explained to me that they had oversold the flight and that there were not enough seats for all passengers. I asked what compensation or assistance was available to me, and they told me to wait 48h to file the complain and offered me a voucher for a future flight or a cash payment and compensation . While I appreciated the gesture, I was not satisfied with the response, as I had a business meeting to attend the next day and needed to be at my destination as soon as possible.

Suggested solution:

o address the problem, the airline should offer a refund for the ticket and provide compensation for the inconvenience caused as a result of the issue.
