My complaint:

We had a flight booked on the 01-11-2022 departing at 20:25. However, the plane was delayed approx. 3 hours which led us not being able to check in at our hotel and had to book a seperate hotel for our first night which cost us more money. If the plane would of departed at the scheduled departure time we would of made it. instead it cost us 99 eur plus tax to sleep at a hotel for 5 hours. Hope we can resolve this issue.

Suggested solution:

Some form of compensation, money back for the flight or the money for the hotel we had to pay extra for.
