Vueling complaint: Lost baggage

My complaint:

Upon arrival at Gatwick South terminal early this morning, my baggage did not appear on the carousel. It is a small cabin suitcase, white in colour, manufactured by Tripp. The handle has a light pink ribbon tied to it to help us identify the item. It was registered to my daughter, Kiran Kundi, whose name will be on the baggage label.

I tried to get a PIR from the touchscreen available in the luggage hall but Veuling was not listed as an airline on the system.

I completed a lost baggage form (attached) and left it at the lost luggage desk in the arrivals hall as the desk was unattended.

Please can you assist me in retrieving this item?
