My complaint:
Was refused boarding due to having 90 days on my passport despite The border agent and HMP stating it was valid to fly on. The agent at the departure gate refused m e to board so i opened a complaints procedure with Vueling, after some back and forth they stopped responding and it’s now been 3 months.
I have sent several e-mails, one that had a snarky comment about the complaint being received, then no response to my monthly E-mail chasing up.
Suggested solution:
By actioning the complaint that is in their system and to stop ignoring it.
