My complaint:
We arrived 3 hours before our scheduled flight which was due to leave on 26/07/2023 at 17:20 to find the flight had been changed to a different destination and had already left. We had recieved no notification of this and we are unable to contact Vueling to request refunds, the help bot will not work and we are not able to find a working email address for them.
Suggested solution:
Vueling should pay the statutory compensation for the flights for all 4 of us and provide us with a working customer complaints email
