My complaint:
My baggage did not arrive in a flight from Rome to Barceloona on 7/18/2023. We are at over 40 days now and they haven’t sent my luggage or the system gives me an error when trying to submit for compensation. The Claim number I filed is BCNVY34128 and it was filed at the Barcelona airport on 7/19/23. They recovered the luggage but I never received it in the US. The found ticket number is 0030410790. I can’ submit for compensation since I always get an error message. I will send a copy of my baggage ticket. I need help I lost a great deal and nobody cares. Sending me the luggage they found. They haven't tried to contact me after they said they found it. When I call I always get a different answer. Nobody knows anything. I also have not received one penny of compensation. There system will not let me put it through. Please help me!
