My complaint:
Heating not working in the auditorium uncomfortably cold as it was minus 4 outside
Really uncomfortable and not enjoyable
Complained and was told to buy a coffee
Have also complained to customer service via email and telephone with no apology, explanation or refund
Not happy and won’t be visiting again
