My complaint:
I was refused enyry into a film as i was 20 mins late. The film hadnt even started. The mamager was rude rascist. I then sent several emails to Vue to be ignored. I rang customer service for my regind for them to say i cant they would re-book me. I told them i domt want to go back to that cinema after experiencing what i had. The customer service is a joke. I called them for them to say i collected my tickets from the venue which is a lie as i got it through email.

Give me my refund acknowledge my complaint deal with theamaget accordingly
