My complaint:
Myself my husband went to vue at the grafting Center on sat 28th 1 23
, I was so cold while watching the film that I had to put my hood on and have my husbands coat over me ! Due to the
air-con being on ! After the film I asked to speak to the manager , she finally came to speak to me, her name was sage ( no name badge on I had to ask for her name which firstly she said no) anyway when I told her my complaint she said I will go and check it 🤷♀️ I said excuse me I just told you it was freezing in there and ruined my experience of my film today,
She said I can’t do anything about that you watched the film 😡 I replied yes I did I wasn’t or shouldn’t of had to come out and miss some of the film to tell you, so I’m telling you now! She was very rude and patronising, I asked for her manger because of her attitude and customer service, the reply was he’s not here, I was at the same cinema a couple of weeks before a different screen with the same problem I didn’t say anything on that occasion, but twice is unacceptable! Please advise,
