My complaint:
We went to use a gift card didn’t realise you only have 12 months when normally it’s 2 years and with covid
We didn’t realise it was out of date we tried to use on line then at Cwmbran in wales with no luck so we were told to ring customer services who were really rude and not helpful, with the cost of living I thought they may let us off as it was a Xmas present last year so it must of only been a week or two out of date just wanted to air my angers with you but now I shall move to a different cinema probably cineworld as they appear to be more helpful as vue are not helpful at all and I shall be writing a lovely review

Reimburse the voucher as it was a honest mistake and with the cost of living any thing helps at the moment
