My complaint:

I bought a 2014 Jeep Cherokee from Vroom in August 2021 and as of April 30th 2022 I have not received my registration or tag. I have called at least once per week for the past 5 months with no success in ever speaking with anyone. All I get told is we will create a case. They cannot issue me another temp tag as I have already had 3 tags. They suggested I rent a car! No one can tell me why I have not received this tag.

Suggested solution:

At this point I want them to buy the car back. I have made payments to Chase Auto as agreed but now I am paying for car that can't be legally driven or even traded.
