My complaint:
I bought a car from vroom.com Feb 14th car delivered March 7th temp tags expired April 16th I have been calling them about my expiring temp tags from mid March they keep on telling me some stories the final email told me that 3- 5 bussiness days iam going to get my temp tags but that date is passed all ready but I have no response I requested them to take the car back if you can’t provide me tags or provide me with a temp tags. But I have no answer for them so far.
Suggested solution:
I need temp tags or my title so that I can register my car. Or take the car and pay me my money back or provide me a rental car till they fix the issue.
