My complaint:
Vroom allowed my temp tags to expire. I called them many times prior to remind them. No one cares .. I m now paying for a car that I cannot drive. I have to rent a car to get to work. Over 400 dollars spent of my own money for thier negligence . Everything I call its a 2 hour wait and they promise to fix but nothing gets resolved. The company is awful! They created tremendous stress in my life and many others lives.
Suggested solution:
Get my plates and registration to me now! Or at least another temp tag! Reimburse me for my rental car expenses!
