Vroom complaint: Horrible Customer Service

My complaint:

I purchased a SUV from Vroom in November and here is a summary of what has happened. I have called them 14 times over 4 months and sent at least 8 emails and all they can say is they will escalate the cases.

Title – received my second temp tag, which now expires 330 and can’t get a title clerk assigned to my case,
Documents – still no documents for the my transaction that was 5 month ago,
Extended Warranty – still don’t have any documentation on this,
Website – still shows an old transaction that never happened and doesn’t have any record of this transaction.

Suggested solution:

Get all four of these issues completed. Not asking for much...should have been done months ago.
