Volaris complaint: I didn’t receive my reimbursement

My complaint:

I cancelled a flight 2 months ago within hours of buying it. I received an email ation of reimbursement, however reimbursement was never received. I have placed several tickets wich are closed after one – two interactions and never get resolved.
