My complaint:

When I booked my package deal (flighthotel) my reservationation email said that a personal item and carry-on bag were included. However, my boarding passes said only a personal item was allowed. When I asked the gate agent at Sacramento airport, and showed her the ation email, she said I was fine. My connecting flight from Guadalajara to Mexico City was also fine.

On January 5th I was in line for flight 356. I had already checked in with the gate agent and was in line to board the flight when I was pulled from line and told I would have to pay an extra MXN$1895US$100 to board the flight because of my carry-on. As the plane was already boarding I paid the (unjust) fee.

Suggested solution:

Refund my MXN$1895
