My complaint:
We purchased and paid for a parking pass through Vivid seats to the Garth Brooks Concert at the parking venue at Top Golf upon arrival to their lot we were referred to a second lot as the first was full then upon traveling to the second lot we were told the lot was full and referred to a 3 lot upon arriving at the third lot the venue was also full and we were told to find our on parking.
Suggested solution:
I would like a refund of my money I paid for a service that we did not receive and it was expensive parking.
