My complaint:
We purchased tickets for a Michael Buble concertand they held our money for months without a reschesule date we tried to call them and cancel.or get help selling the tickets because the concert was in limbo and we did not know when the dn thng would be rescheduled. By the time the concert came I had cancer and husband had Covid, we could not go. WE ARE OWED A REFUND……
Suggested solution:
A TOTAL REFUND DUE TO THE PLANDEMIC, THEY COULD NOT GET THE DAMN CONCERT RESCHEDULED ANE WERE UNABLE TO ATTEND, SO IT WAS OK FOR M.B. to reschedule due to Covid BUT IT IS NOT OK THAT ONE OF US HAD CANCER AND THE OTHER HAD COVID AND COULD NOT ATTEND .WE HAD ALL KINDS OF TRAVEL PLANS THAT WERE REFUNDED BUT THESE CROOKS ARE TELLING US NO WAY IN HELL WILL WE REFUND
