My complaint:
Ordered tickets 12-30-19 for a concert that has been rescheduled for Aug 19, 22. They REFUSED to give me refund. They will not resend my tickets and told me to check 2 hours prior to event to MAYBE get them resent. I have to drive 3 hours to get to this event and wont be able to cancel my hotel 2 hours prior to event if I never receive tickets. In the meantime Ticketmaster has told me these tickets were cancelled and I would have to get with Vivid Seat since that is where they were purchased.
Suggested solution:
Give me tickets or refund
