My complaint:

I recently had an extremely disappointing experience with Vinted. I sent an expensive Gucci perfume, but Buyer never received it and Vinted claims that they have sent it back to me but I have never received it. Despite my repeated inquiries, Vinted insists that the parcel was successfully delivered, yet they have not provided any proof of delivery or information about where it was delivered.

The lack of transparency and accountability from Vinted’s customer service is alarming. Not only have I lost a valuable product, but I also feel neglected as a customer. Their refusal to provide proof of delivery or to investigate the whereabouts of my perfume shows a serious flaw in their customer service and delivery processes.

I am deeply frustrated and feel that Vinted has not taken appropriate responsibility for this issue. The situation leaves me questioning the reliability of their services and hesitant to use them again in the future. I hope this review helps others to be cautious when ordering high-value items from Vinted.

I want my parcel back or money back or atleast proof of delivery, so that I can enquire further
