My complaint:
So I was sent the wrong item, so the seller said it wasn’t the item they sent. So raised a complaint i was then told to send pics etc so the parcel company to investigate and was told to wait. Now another channel has said I didn’t respond in time and the case was closed. So I replied I was told to wait and it was like they wasn’t reading my emails like a bot. So today I was told to send pics again but no reply box so how do I reply it’s a disgrace. Also I paid buyer protection. It’s like going around and around in circles with the worst customer service ever.
I could solve this with a simple phone call to a human being.
Will send pics again when I get a reply from a human being.
I was sent a childs tracksuit when I oredered a coat please help I’m l;osing the will to live.
