My complaint:
I have a complaint regarding Vinted
Brought an item which was said to be new when it arrived it was not new as you can see in the photo I have complained to Vinted about this and done every this I should have . I had another bag turn up from another person on 25th and i sent her a message to say the bag was great
This message for some reason got sent to the first person you sent the bag on Saturday and Vinted had paid her I explained all this to Vinted but they said there is nothing they can do
This is disgusting as this cost me over £100 I contacted the seller and she said I could send the bag back for a full refund I sent the bag back first thing Monday morning and sent proof of postage
Vinted should have not paid this person
All I want is my refund back as the bag has been sent
