My complaint:
Sold an item on the 25th December. After over 2 weeks still haven’t received the payment. Payment has been stuck in pending. Have contacted Vinted but keep getting the same reply that there is a payment technical issue. They don’t give you any other information.
Suggested solution:
Getting paid would be the best way but if there is an technical issue then just explaining more would be helpful. A time frame would also be appreciated.
