My complaint:
I sold a pair of ghd hair straighteners 1st class signed for to the address given, the buyer claimed she didn’t receive them and was refunded. I contacted Vinted with the proof that they had, I was told they couldn’t do nothing because it was past the 7 day’s and that I didn’t press sent…. when I had. I confronted the buyer who reported me for harassment when I told her I’d informed the police.
Suggested solution:
By not letting buyers get away with not paying, as it's pure theft
