My complaint:
I sent a package to the buyer. Christmas LED ornament. I packed it in the original box with styrofoam inside and additionally put the box in a larger box and secured it with paper. Unfortunately, the buyer reported that the item was damaged. After a few days I received a message from the buyer that he could send the package back to me but I had to pay and that he had a refund for the item. I did not receive any information until I wrote to Vinted what now, they wrote back to me that they thought I packed the package poorly and would not refund my money. This is absurd, the package was well packed. At the moment I am left without an item and without money what to do please help.

I want my money back it’s not my fault parcel be damage on the transit
