My complaint:
I have sold an item on vinted that has been packaged as per guidelines.
in a box with paper packaging used inside wrapping the items and also filling the gaps with the same paper
taped edges and wrote fragile all over.
buyer raised issue with vinted and she was refunded and not me with no questions.
I raised issue with this and got no guidance whst I did wrong with packaging. vinted just ended the conversation despite asking for this and the complaints procedure.
absolutely no appropriate response at all as a seller. I have bought and sold many items on vinted and recommended to friends. I’m so disappointed to see my customer service is not valued to not even get a conversation never one refund for my destroyed items.

Even better receive some payment for item sent appropriately
Same happened to me about 3 or 4 times now! Now there’s a new thing. My item has been removed from the box, revealed with some cheap tape and delivered empty. With my before pictures and buyers after pictures which didn’t match I was still told that they won’t help me and cut the conversation. Disgrace!
