My complaint:
I’ve been trying for several weeks to release earnings. I followed the protocol and still no transfer. I’ve been advised it may be Mangopay having the problem. I was advised it could take up to 2 weeks to resolve. Still no resolution. I’m just being fobbed off.
Suggested solution:
By resolving any issue that stops members releasing/transferring earnings
