Vinted complaint: Lost parcel

My complaint:

I sold an item on vinted
Tracking never appeared i used generated form that vinted sent me as I always do
The buyer selected evri
I sent my parcel next day using generated label took it to evri parcel shop and collected my blue ation ticket
Tracking never appeared on vinted so I contacted them
Responses were automated messages
I used the given receipt to track my parcels journey on evri website and it says collected
But when using the generated label receipt it says waiting to collect
I contacted buyer she said she hasn’t collected
So now my parcel is lost and vinted will do nothing but refund her and have said I used a different posting method ! When I didn’t I used their generated label

Suggested solution:

By giving me a refund
As I followed their protocol like I always do when I sell an item
I used their label that they sent to me
As I always do
