My complaint:
Hi,
Everything started before 2 weeks when Vinted sent me note that I sold until some limit where they want bank statement from my bank account and see if I not supporting terrorisme and all money from Vinted is payed out to my bank account! I provided all data and sent several times but still nothing.
Customer support is doesn’t help at all, they claim that it is standard procedure even when verification should take couple of minuts and not weeks!
Suggested solution:
I would like to take my money as soon as possible and see on my bank account!
