My complaint:
A buyer cancelled a order after they received it, which is fine. Vinted refunded their money to them which is fine. The customer now has my goods and Vinted say they messaged me asking me to supply my address in order for the goods to be returned. They say I did not respond within 48 hours. I received no such message from Vinted asking for my address. I have contacted their help centre and told them this and they just keep saying as I did not send them my return address within 48 hours there is nothing they can do to get my goods returned to me. I keep telling them I got no message from them and they keep saying this is their final decision.
Suggested solution:
They should either ensure the buyer returns the goods to me or pay the £18 cost of the goods which they have refunded to the buyer who still has my goods to me.
