I send parcels frequently with Evri when I have sold items on Vinted. I have 5 star feedback and NEVER have issues. However, an item arrived to a buyer, with a shoe missing. The items have clearly been ripped and poorly taped back together. The buyer has rightly sent me proof and raised a ticket with Vinted. Vinted however have blamed me, and refunded the buyer so I am now down a pair of shoes AND £25.
I find it completely unfair that I am being blamed for an issue with a courier. My packaging is bought through a reputable seller and I have had no other complaints.
Refund me the money for the shoes. It is clearly not my issue that Evri have ripped open a parcel and poorly tried to repair it.
