My complaint:
we bought tickets for Lana Del Rey concert in Amsterdam and when we got to Ziggo Dome we got told that the tickets are invalid, so basically we got scammed. I attach a picture of the paper we were given at the customer support
Suggested solution:
The very least they could do is return the money for the concert, and that's not accounting for the massive moral damage they inflicted upon us.
