My complaint:
I thought this site is for selling tickets if one is unable to attend a concert for which he had previously bought tickets.
It is not ok to encourage the illegal sale of highly priced tickets.
I waited for 7 hours today to buy Coldplay tickets and at the end of the queue I was unable to buy any (at more than one location) because others had previously bought them in order to resell them on Viagogo for three times the normal amount. This means encouraging illegal resale! Please take measures in order to stop this!
Suggested solution:
Please leave the tickets at regular prices (standard ones) or ban everyone who tries to sell them at huge amounts
