My complaint:
I was sent $50 to use for groceries as it has been a tough couple months will illness. When I tried to transfer it, Venmo froze my account. No notification of any kind was sent to me. They just froze it. I did nothing unusual to cause it. I have been in contact with them and their only response is 7-10 business days for that Dept to contact me via email. This is my food money!! I am on strong Covid related medication I must take with food. If I can’t take it, I will be back in the hospital and have already almost succumbed to Covid once. I might not be here in 7-10 days. I need my money. I am desperate and scared and they don’t care.
