My complaint:
Someone was able to get into my account. They made a $50 charge as well as adding a new debit card and transferring $445 into it. I had immediately changed my password when I got the email saying someone was trying to access my account but by the time it changed, the money was gone.
Now venmo is saying there was no unauthorized access and they denied my claim.
Suggested solution:
Give me my $495 back!
