My complaint:
According to a help chat, it says that if you want to cancel a pending transaction, Venmo could do it.
When inquired about this they denied my request.
I explained to several reps via chat, that I NEEDED MY Money back ASAP due to an emergency situation. They told me I would probably be contacted by a supervisor within the hour. That was 3 hrs ago!!! They also said my account is flagged! These people refuse to cancel the PENDING Transactions leaving me no option but to tell others about their POOR Customer Service.
Suggested solution:
Cancel the pending transactions and GIVE ME MY MONEY !! No one should have to wait until Tuesday for their money. It’s an easy solution. Cancel the Transaction
