My complaint:
I was sent 100 through Venmo and I go to atm and couldn’t get any money out. I called Venmo they tell me my acct was froze to send in a picture of my ID which I did then next thing I know I get a email stating they have closed my Venmo acct and holding my money for no reason to be given.
Suggested solution:
I just want my money back
